IT Field Technician

Job Title Is this position remote or in person? Field dispatch, the candidate would be in person with the customer. What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Field dispatch work onsite at the customer locations, repairing pc's, laptops, printers, and POS systems as well has completing projects and IMAC work. What are the top required skills that candidates must have? The ability to show up for work promptly on a daily basis and the ability to communicate with customers to be able to resolve their problems. What will the work schedule be for this position? Monday thru Friday flexible 9 am to 6 pm with an hour lunch, as well as a rotating oncall schedule. How many overall years of experience should this person have? 1+ years of field dispatch experience would be helpful. Do they need any specific certifications or education? An A+ certification or an education in IT would be a plus. If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? Conversion rate would be $20/hr. How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? On average 100 miles a day. What is the exact work location or city, state, zip? Roughly an area covering 3 major cities in Central Illinois and the areas between..... Peoria, Champaign, and Springfield.
