Acquisition Program Manager

Overview Full‑time Acquisition Program Manager (NH-1101-04) at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Arlington, VA. Salary & Travel Salary: $143,913 to $190,850 per year (Rest of U.S. Locality). Travel up to 25% of the time. Responsibilities Provide oversight within the TR Integrated Product Team (IPT), including requirements management, integration planning, and coordination across various branches and IPTs. Execute budget, planning, and reporting for the IPT. Support product and program reviews, and manage/report on all TR products, metrics, risks, and technical issues. Plan support for test and integration of TR within software and system labs to evaluate progress, status, and issues. Maintain full insight into all aspects of TR development, production, and sustainment to achieve integration of capabilities on all three variants of the F‑35. Interface with program offices and vendors, including Lockheed Martin and other product suppliers. Required Qualifications APDP Level III equivalent certification. 8 years of APDP‑coded experience (minimum). 4 years in a Program office or equivalent organization within the DoD environment, preferably a major weapons system. BS or BA in Business, Management, Engineering, or Engineering Management. Demonstrated capability to operate as part of an IPT in a major weapons development program. Desired Qualifications MS degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related technical discipline. At least 2 years avionics engineering experience in a USAF or USN program office; or another relevant PM role. Experience in avionics integration, mechanical/electrical engineering, software systems engineering, logistics and sustainment for major weapons programs, affordability, or acquisition strategy. Leadership experience as IPT Lead or Team Lead. Prior experience in a DoD acquisition program office meeting at least 8 years of ADPD coded experience and 2 years in a DoD acquisition program office. SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Top Secret eligible) and be Special Access Programs eligible.
