Customer Care Representative Full Time Raleigh, Raleigh, NC, US Salary Range: $17.00 To $19.00 Hourly Wall Recycling is looking for a Customer Care Representative Monday–Friday. This role is responsible for answering the phones, emails, and texts of customers and providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all customers. Job Description Ensure maximum productivity by achieving or exceeding Company‑established goals for calls, talk time, wait time, and other metrics Answer inbound calls in a professional manner Courteously interact with customers Follow all required safety policies and procedures Perform daily, weekly, monthly reporting as required Perform other job‑related duties as assigned Job Requirements Reliable transportation Computer proficient (Microsoft Office) Appropriate office attire Able to work well with others Able to work without supervision Excellent service orientation, actively seeks ways to help people Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient manner Good communication skills; can effectively communicate with all levels of management and customers Strong active listening skills; gives full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions when appropriate, and letting others fully state their ideas.
