Estimator - Earthwork (private development)

Family-owned site development contractor in Palm Beach County is seeking an AGTEK Takeoff Specialist (in-office or remote) due to an internal promotion. Known for its strong reputation across Southeast Florida, the company specializes in residential land development and is experiencing continued growth backed by a solid project pipeline and hands‑on leadership. They offer an entrepreneurial, team‑oriented, and flexible environment where employees take pride in their work and have the opportunity to grow with the business. Responsible for creating 3D site models, performing earthwork quantity takeoffs, and preparing accurate bids from construction plans. Must have experience with AGTEK for earthwork takeoffs. Ideal candidates will have a background in sitework, grading, earthwork, utilities, paving, concrete, or heavy civil construction.
