Seeking a full-time Lead Animator to work remotely, who will create high-quality character and creature animations for fantasy and science-fiction projects, while managing animation standards and providing mentorship to fellow animators. Key responsibilities Lead animation quality and execution across multiple projects, aligning with creative direction and gameplay needs Create polished keyframe animations for various characters using Blender and Unreal Engine 5 Define and maintain animation standards, style guides, and review criteria in collaboration with the Senior Technical Animator Required qualifications Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent animation fundamentals and professional video game animation experience Proficiency in Blender and Unreal Engine 5 for keyframe animation Ability to create compelling performances for humanoid characters and creatures Experience translating creative direction into clear animation targets and actionable feedback Ability to balance hands-on animation work with mentorship and delivery responsibilities across multiple projects Virtual Vocations Inc
