As a Critical Care Float Pool RN, you will provide care in various ICU settings according to staffing demands and patient acuity, including: Neuro ICU Surgical ICUs Medical ICUs (MICU x2) Cardiology/Diagnostics CVICU SICU / MICU / NCCU Float Policy: Nurses are required to float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as part of their responsibilities.
