This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a relationship-focused environment and enjoys helping advisors deliver comprehensive financial solutions to their clients.As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted partner—proactively identifying opportunities and recommending tailored solutions across financial planning, retirement products, and Cambridge Source offerings.**Key Responsibilities*** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Cambridge Financial Advisors to support their business growth* Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions across: + Financial planning strategies + Retirement solutions + Cambridge Source offerings* Drive adoption and utilization of Cambridge products and platforms* Conduct consultative outreach (phone, virtual, and in-person) to educate advisors on available solutions* Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a seamless advisor experience* Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory considerations* Travel up to 25% to meet with advisors and attend events as needed# **What We Are Looking For*** Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services consulting* Strong knowledge of financial planning and retirement products* Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with clients in a sales-driven environment* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7, 63/65 or 66) preferred or willingness to obtain within first year of employment* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred**Location:** Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA – Hybrid in-office 3 days/week**Salary Range:** $75-85,000/year + bonus**Why Cambridge?**Cambridge has competitive benefits and promotes a work/life balance to encourage individual success.* Premium benefit package including medical, vision, dental, life and long-term disability insurance* Vacation/sick time* 401K retirement plan with company matching program* Eleven paid holidaysYou can find more details about our comprehensive benefits package here.**Company Overview:**At Cambridge, our purpose is simple: to make a difference in the lives of our financial advisors, their clients, and our associates.
