Marketing Documents Specialist (German)

Apply German-language marketing documentation expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, authentic business materials and feedback. Role Overview

You will create and evaluate marketing documents that reflect real-world business scenarios and strategies, with a focus on Fortune 500-focused environments. No previous AI experience is required, your marketing and documentation expertise is the core qualification.

• Create, review, and refine German-language brochures, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Produce authentic marketing content grounded in real-world business strategies.
• Assess German marketing materials for accuracy, coherence, and clarity.
• Work with a global AI training team to support model development and quality assurance.
• Share best practices for marketing documentation used in Fortune 500 environments.
• Provide clear feedback and documentation using advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across all deliverables.

• Native-level written and spoken German proficiency.
• At least 3 years of marketing documentation experience, preferably supporting Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills for documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content and collateral.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Experience living or working in the United States while maintaining native-level German proficiency.
• Experience with AI training, data annotation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with current digital marketing trends and document automation tools.

• Remote independent contractor role, ideally based in the United States.

• $10 to $55 per hour.
