HR Documents Specialist for AI Training (German)

Work on creating and refining German-language human resources documents that will be used to train next-generation AI systems. This contract role focuses on producing enterprise-grade HR templates and procedures, contributing expert-quality samples and feedback to AI training workflows. No previous AI experience is required, your HR expertise and German language skills are the focus.

• Create, review, and optimize HR documents in German with precision and adherence to best practices.
• Develop templates and standard operating procedures suited for Fortune 500-level HR documentation.
• Produce high-quality files using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for HR processes and outputs.
• Provide expert input to AI training workflows, ensuring examples are accurate, contextually rich, and actionable.
• Collaborate with the client team, delivering clear written and verbal feedback to support AI model development.
• Keep current on German HR regulations, employment standards, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection standards in all work.

• Native-level proficiency in German, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR, specifically creating and managing HR documents.
• Proven experience working in enterprise HR environments, ideally with Fortune 500 companies.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex HR information into clear, actionable documentation, with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Preferred: experience supporting AI or technology-driven HR initiatives, advanced HR certification, and deep knowledge of both German and US HR practices.

• Contract position, remote.
• Ideally based in the United States, though remote location is accepted.
• Independent contractor engagement, work with the client and project teams as assigned.

• Pay range: $10 to $45 per hour.
