Role Overview
Apply Human Resources documentation expertise to help train next-generation AI systems using high-quality, real-world Chinese-language content. This remote contract role focuses on improving how AI systems understand, reason about, and process HR materials. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and improve Chinese HR documents, including employee handbooks, onboarding materials, policies, and procedure manuals.
- Create, format, and edit complex spreadsheets, presentations, and documents in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word according to project specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on HR workflows, documentation standards, accuracy, compliance, and best practices.
- Translate or localize HR content while preserving clarity and nuance for Chinese-speaking professionals.
- Work with AI engineers and project managers to provide high-quality examples and feedback that improve model outputs.
- Maintain precise, professional written and verbal communication across all deliverables.
- Use Fortune 500 and HR experience to represent practical workplace scenarios and documentation use cases.
Qualifications
- Native-level Chinese proficiency and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Human Resources and HR documentation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to create and refine documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, compliance, and industry-standard documentation.
- Experience working within, or creating content for, Fortune 500 companies.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States.
- HR documentation or consulting experience in technology, finance, or multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with AI training or large language model projects.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor engagement.
- Ideally based in the United States.
Compensation
$10 to $55 per hour.
