HR Documents Specialist for AI Training (Japanese) [Remote]

Apply your HR documentation expertise and native-level Japanese to create, review, and refine real-world human resources materials that will be used to train next-generation AI systems. This contract role focuses on producing high-quality, culturally accurate HR documents and feedback that improve model performance, no prior AI experience required.

• Create, review, and analyze a variety of HR documents in Japanese, ensuring they read naturally for native speakers and reflect Japanese business culture.
• Produce professional documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to generate realistic business materials.
• Provide detailed feedback on accuracy, formatting, clarity, and appropriateness of HR content to improve training data quality.
• Ensure HR documents follow industry best practices and documentation standards for large organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver recommendations on HR processes and content quality.
• Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professional discretion.
• Contribute subject matter expertise on HR terminology and documentation standards to shape AI model behavior.

• Native-level proficiency in Japanese, exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience creating, managing, or evaluating HR documents.
• Proven ability to produce professional materials in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of HR practices and documentation requirements for large organizations, ideally including Fortune 500 experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently in a remote work environment.

• Experience working with US-based Japanese-speaking teams or clients.
• Background in AI training projects, technology initiatives, or digital transformation work.
• Residence in the United States, strongly preferred for collaboration and project alignment.

• Engagement type: Contractor.
• Location: Remote, ideally based in the United States.
• No prior AI experience is required; the role leverages your HR domain expertise to inform AI training.

Pay range: $10 to $55 per hour.

• Native-level Japanese proficiency is required.
• Residence in the US is strongly preferred but not strictly required.
