Business Document Expert, Japanese Speaker

Role Overview

Use your business expertise and advanced Office Suite skills to help improve AI-driven productivity tools. In this fully remote contract role, you will assess AI-generated business documents for clarity, professionalism, precision, and business relevance across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with AI systems on sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated business deliverables.
Create and test realistic business scenarios involving analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
Review outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and quality consistent with Fortune 500 or consulting environments.
Share actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI improvement.
Document, annotate, and escalate recurring issues affecting business-user needs.
Promote quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or a related business function.
Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including creating polished business deliverables.
Strong business analysis, organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or the ability to learn quickly in a technology-focused environment.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting.
Japanese-speaking capability.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
Experience with AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
MBA or other advanced degree.
Experience mentoring others or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

Work Terms

Contract engagement.
Fully remote, ideally based in the United States.

Compensation

$30 to $70 per hour.
