Business Document Expert, French Speaker [Remote]

Role Overview

Help improve AI-driven productivity tools by assessing and refining business documents in French. In this fully remote contract role, you will apply business judgment and advanced Office Suite expertise to ensure AI-generated materials are clear, accurate, professional, and aligned with high business standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with AI systems on complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Evaluate AI-generated finance, strategy, marketing, and operations deliverables, providing structured critiques and feedback.
Create and test realistic business scenarios involving analysis, presentations, reports, and proposals.
Review outputs for accuracy, business relevance, clarity, and quality consistent with Fortune 500 or consulting-level deliverables.
Share actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI improvement.
Document, annotate, and escalate recurring issues so systems better meet business-user needs.
Promote strong structure, quality, and clarity across every deliverable.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or related business functions.
French language capability and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including creating polished business deliverables.
Strong business analysis, organization, attention to detail, and constructive-feedback skills.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or the ability to learn them quickly.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
Experience with AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
MBA or another advanced degree, plus experience mentoring or giving structured feedback on business deliverables.

Work Terms

Remote contract position, ideally for candidates based in the United States.

Compensation

$20 to $70 per hour.
