French-speaking Business Document Expert [Remote]

Help improve AI-powered productivity tools by reviewing and strengthening business documents in French. This fully remote contract role combines business judgment with advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills to ensure AI-generated work is clear, accurate, relevant, and professionally polished. Key Responsibilities

Work directly with AI systems on sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated materials across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
Create and test realistic business scenarios involving analysis, presentations, reports, and proposals.
Review outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and quality consistent with Fortune 500 or consulting environments.
Share actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI improvement.
Document, annotate, and escalate recurring issues affecting business-user needs.
Promote strong structure, clarity, and quality across every deliverable.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or similar business functions.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience producing polished business deliverables.
Strong business analysis, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or the ability to learn them quickly.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
Experience with AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
An MBA or other advanced degree.
Experience mentoring others or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement, ideally suited to candidates based in the United States.

Compensation

$20 to $70 per hour.
