Business Document Expert for AI Evaluation (French Speaker) [Remote]

Evaluate and improve AI-generated business documents by applying practical business judgment and advanced Office Suite skills. In this fully remote contract role with a leading AI data lab, you will assess outputs across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations, design realistic business scenarios for testing, and provide structured, actionable feedback to help AI systems produce consulting-level deliverables. Fluency in French is required, and candidates ideally will be based in the United States.

• Work directly with AI systems to perform complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate, critique, and deliver structured feedback on AI-generated deliverables spanning finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios that mirror professional workflows, including analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or consulting-level quality standards.
• Communicate actionable insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams to drive continuous AI improvement.
• Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues so AI systems better meet business user needs.
• Champion quality, structure, and clarity in every deliverable to bridge business expertise and AI innovation.

• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or human resources.
• Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished, professional business deliverables.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Acute attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools, for example ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or a strong willingness to learn these tools quickly.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in French, both written and spoken.

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, a top-tier consulting firm, or a leading financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or other advanced degree, and experience mentoring or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

Pay range: $20.00 to $70.00 per hour.
