Business Document Expert, Portuguese Speaker

Role Overview
Help improve AI-driven productivity tools by evaluating and refining business documents in Portuguese. In this fully remote contract role, you will apply business judgment and advanced Office Suite expertise to ensure AI-generated work is clear, accurate, professional, and fit for real business use.
Key Responsibilities
Work with AI systems on complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated finance, strategy, marketing, and operations deliverables.
Create and test realistic business scenarios involving analysis, presentations, reporting, and proposals.
Review outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and quality consistent with Fortune 500 or consulting environments.
Share actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI improvement.
Annotate, document, and escalate recurring issues that affect business users.
Maintain high standards for quality, organization, and clarity across deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 3 years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or similar business functions.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including creating polished business deliverables.
Strong business analysis, organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or the ability to learn them quickly.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
Experience in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation.
An MBA or other advanced degree.
Experience mentoring others or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.
Work Terms
Contract engagement.
Fully remote, ideally based in the United States.
Compensation
$20 to $70 per hour.
