Business Document Specialist for AI Evaluation (Chinese Speaker) [Remote]

Evaluate and improve AI-generated business documents by applying real-world business judgment and advanced Office Suite skills. In this remote contract role, you will test AI outputs, create realistic business scenarios, and deliver structured feedback so AI systems produce professional, consulting-level deliverables in finance, strategy, marketing, and operations. Fluency in Chinese is required.

• Work directly with AI systems to perform complex business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Evaluate, critique, and provide structured, actionable feedback on AI-generated deliverables across finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.
• Design and test realistic business scenarios and workflows, including data analysis, presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Assess AI outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and adherence to Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting quality standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams to drive continuous AI improvement.
• Annotate and document recurring issues, and escalate problems that prevent AI from meeting business user needs.
• Promote clarity, structure, and professional standards in every reviewed deliverable.

• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business functions such as strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, or HR.
• Proven mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for producing polished, professional business deliverables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to assess work critically and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or a willingness to learn quickly in a tech-focused environment.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a remote, fast-paced context.

• Experience at a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or major financial institution.
• Background in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
• MBA or other advanced degree, and experience mentoring or giving structured feedback on business deliverables.
