Role Overview
Help improve AI-powered productivity tools by assessing and refining business documents generated for real-world professional use. This fully remote contract role applies business judgment and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word expertise to ensure deliverables are clear, accurate, polished, and professionally relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with AI systems on sophisticated business tasks using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Evaluate, critique, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated finance, strategy, marketing, and operations deliverables.
- Design and test realistic business scenarios involving analysis, presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Review outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and quality consistent with Fortune 500 or consulting environments.
- Share actionable recommendations with cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI improvement.
- Document, annotate, and escalate recurring issues so systems better serve business-user needs.
- Promote quality, structure, and clarity across every deliverable.
Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in strategy, finance, marketing, operations, sales, HR, or similar business functions.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with demonstrated ability to create polished business deliverables.
- Strong business analysis, organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot, or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a Fortune 500 company, top-tier consulting firm, or leading financial institution.
- Experience in AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or document automation tools.
- An MBA or other advanced degree, plus experience mentoring others or providing structured feedback on business deliverables.

- Fully remote, ideally suited to candidates based in the United States.
Compensation
$20 to $70 per hour.
