HR Documents Specialist (Chinese)

Role Overview
Apply Human Resources expertise to help improve AI systems’ understanding, reasoning, and performance with Chinese HR content. You will create accurate, practical documentation and provide real-world feedback that reflects professional HR workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and improve Chinese HR documents, including employee handbooks, onboarding materials, policies, and procedure manuals.
- Create, format, and edit complex spreadsheets, presentations, and documents in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word according to project specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on HR workflows, documentation standards, accuracy, compliance, and best practices.
- Translate or localize HR content for Chinese-speaking professionals while preserving clarity and nuance.
- Work with AI engineers and project managers to provide high-quality examples and feedback that improve model outputs.
- Maintain precise, professional written and verbal communication across all deliverables.
- Draw on Fortune 500 and HR experience to represent realistic workplace scenarios and documentation use cases.
Qualifications
- Native-level Chinese proficiency and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Human Resources and HR documentation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to create and refine documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and standard HR documentation.
- Experience working within, or creating content for, Fortune 500 companies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States.
- HR documentation or consulting experience in technology, finance, or multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with AI training or large language model projects.
Work Terms
- Remote independent contractor role.
- Ideally based in the United States.
Compensation
$10 to $55 per hour.
