French Marketing Documents Specialist for AI Training

This role applies professional marketing writing and editing expertise to create, review, and refine French-language marketing documents that will be used to train next-generation AI systems. You will produce polished deliverables, maintain brand voice across materials, and provide expert feedback that informs model behavior, no prior AI experience required. Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine a variety of marketing documents in French, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Develop, edit, and organize presentations and spreadsheets using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure content meets high standards of brand consistency and appropriate tone in both French and English contexts.
• Collaborate with the customer team to identify marketing material needs and collect relevant data or information.
• Provide expert guidance on marketing terminology, document structure, and best practices for marketing collateral.
• Give written and verbal feedback on marketing content intended for AI training purposes.
• Apply experience working with Fortune 500 brands to influence document tone, style, and strategic messaging when applicable.

• Native-level proficiency in French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, focused on producing or managing marketing documents.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience creating, editing, and evaluating diverse marketing collateral.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple document types.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Direct experience working with or for Fortune 500 organizations.
• Familiarity with AI-related projects or a strong interest in AI-driven content development.
• Based in the United States or familiarity with US-based marketing practices.

Pay range, $10 to $55 per hour.
