PII Document Reviewer for Data Privacy Audits [Remote]

Review sensitive documents and transformed datasets to help improve the quality, reasoning, and performance of next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on high-stakes data integrity, privacy, and security through careful validation of personally identifiable information. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed post-transformation reviews of documents containing personally identifiable information to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Perform spot-checks to identify missed information and inconsistencies in provided datasets.
• Flag potential data-integrity, privacy, and formatting issues.
• Document findings clearly and concisely to support ongoing quality improvement.
• Answer qualitative questions as part of comprehensive spot-check reviews and explain the rationale for findings.
• Work with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities when needed.

• Demonstrated experience reviewing documents, especially sensitive or confidential materials.
• Strong understanding of personally identifiable information handling and data privacy practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical quality-assurance approach.
• Experience spot-checking and auditing large volumes of data.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues, answer qualitative questions, and provide well-supported findings.
• Experience in compliance, legal, or data privacy roles is advantageous.
