HR Documents Specialist for AI Training (Korean)

Role Overview
Apply your HR domain expertise to create and refine policies, procedures, and other HR documentation in both Korean and English that will be used to train next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role emphasizes real-world HR knowledge, attention to compliance and clarity, and the ability to translate Fortune 500 practices into high-quality written materials. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Create, review, and refine HR documents, policies, and procedures in Korean and English.
- Produce high-quality HR documentation and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborate remotely with the customer’s team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and legal compliance of HR materials.
- Apply best practices and real-world HR insights drawn from Fortune 500 experience.
- Provide clear, concise written and verbal feedback to support AI model development and iterative improvement.
- Evaluate and enhance existing HR documents with a focus on clarity, consistency, and compliance.
- Native-level proficiency in Korean, with strong professional English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience creating, managing, or refining HR documents and processes.
- Expert user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a demonstrable portfolio of relevant work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering feedback and producing formal documentation.
- Comprehensive HR knowledge from working in or supporting Fortune 500 organizations.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality HR materials.
- Preferred: experience residing or working in the United States, involvement in AI, technology, or HR digital transformation initiatives, and HR certification such as SHRM, PHR, or SPHR.
- Employment type: Contractor.
- Location: Remote, ideally based in the United States.
- Pay range: $10.00 to $55.00 per hour.
- Native-level Korean language ability required.
- Strong English proficiency required for professional communication.
- Preference for candidates with U.S. residency or work experience in the United States.
