Marketing Documents Specialist (Portuguese)

Role Overview
Create and refine Portuguese-language marketing materials that support the training of next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role combines marketing expertise, document production, and bilingual collaboration to deliver accurate, high-quality real-world content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and edit Portuguese presentations, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Apply marketing principles to ensure materials meet industry standards and client objectives.
- Collaborate with the customer team to develop content and documentation for AI training.
- Assess marketing materials for clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness, then provide constructive feedback to improve outputs.
- Turn marketing ideas and data into visually compelling presentations and well-organized spreadsheets.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
- Use experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations to deliver high-quality documentation and insights.
Qualifications
- Native-level Portuguese proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional marketing experience creating and managing marketing documents.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with a portfolio of polished documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Experience supporting or collaborating with Fortune 500 organizations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States to support collaboration with global, cross-functional teams.
- Experience with AI-related projects or familiarity with AI training-data requirements.
Work Terms
- Remote independent-contractor engagement, ideally for candidates based in the United States.
Compensation
- $10 to $55 per hour.
