About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Loan Operations to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves direct collaboration with the principal investing deal team and key external service providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end transaction management across a diverse investment portfolio, conducting operational analysis of proposed transactions, and providing guidance on necessary approvals. Additionally, the role includes coordinating transaction closings, overseeing ongoing administration, and ensuring effective day-to-day management. The Vice President will also have ownership of data in loan management systems and will be involved in staff engagement, development, and daily management. Applicants should have a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in financial services, with a focus on middle office or operations, and a strong proficiency in corporate loan management systems. The role requires excellent skills in reviewing and interpreting credit agreements and legal documentation, as well as strong communication abilities for stakeholder coordination. Experience with large data sets, and advanced Excel and presentation skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is a minimum educational requirement.
