About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of HR Consulting to join their global hospitality team. The successful candidate will be a key partner to business leaders, focusing on the attraction, retention, and development of the company's team members. This role involves leading the HR consulting team, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact enterprise outcomes. The VP will also be responsible for crafting and owning HR plans, and initiatives, and for navigating complex people issues in line with the company's values and policies. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in a global, corporate, matrixed environment, with at least 10 years in progressive HR leadership roles. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of advising senior business leaders on complex people matters. Experience in organizational design, talent management, and team member engagement is essential. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of HR disciplines, including employee relations, and a deep understanding of relevant employment legislation. The ability to influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders and a strong background in leading diverse teams are also key qualifications for this position.
