2 West C is a medical surgical unit composed of twelve private rooms and two semi-private rooms. 2 West C has 12 private rooms and 2 semi-private rooms for a potential maximum census of 16 patients. 2 West C is a medical - surgical unit with telemetry capabilities that focuses on patients with vascular disease diagnoses. The patients admitted to this unit range from young adulthood through geriatrics. Admissions may also include other medical-surgical, telemetry overflow.

Skills: Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Feeding tube care and management, Heparin, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Insulin, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Med/Surg, MS/Tele, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, PCA, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Starting and maintaining IVs, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, Wound Care/Wound Vac
