Front Office Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager with Spanish fluency who embraces these values. The position will support front office staff in our National City, El Cajon, Poway, and Clairemont locations. Primary responsibilities may include: Providing support to the Front Office Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks Managing, supporting, and evaluating front office staff Overseeing front office operations such as scheduling and checking patients in/out Organizing company events Addressing patient concerns and handling patient inquiries professionally Assisting in the development of processes and procedures to facilitate optimal clinic flow and superior patient care Required Qualifications: Spanish fluency Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a medical office Minimum of two years experience in a medical office Minimum of one year experience with medical insurances: HMO & PPO Excellent work ethic, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Proficient with computers and EMRs Highly dependable, punctual, and detail oriented Strong patient service focus with friendly demeanor Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a dermatology setting Pay: $25-28/hour depending on experience with annual raises #J-18808-Ljbffr
