About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the strategic and operational aspects of compensation, benefits, and equity for a large and diverse global workforce. The successful candidate will be a key member of the People Leadership Team, providing thought leadership and being accountable for the design, development, and implementation of the total rewards strategy. This role involves close partnership with business leaders, the Chief People Officer, and the Board of Directors' Compensation Committee to ensure that the total rewards offerings are competitive and aligned with the company's goals of attracting, retaining, and empowering talent. The VP will also be responsible for leading M&A activities related to total rewards and must have a deep understanding of market trends and best practices in the industry. Applicants for the Vice President of Total Rewards position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of HR and/or total rewards experience, with at least 5 years' in leadership roles. A strong background in managing and leading teams, as well as exposure to best-in-class HR practices, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving results, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence at the highest levels. Experience in the technology industry and a mix of start-up and large publicly traded companies is preferred. The role requires a strategic problem solver with a can-do attitude, high change agility, and the ability to adapt to business needs.
