The winter bill rate increase will be effective from October 4, 2026, through February 27, 2027. After February 27, 2027, the bill rate will automatically return to the standard rate. Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation Facility: Easy driving distance of 7 different state and national parks Facility has multiple resources for housing. If the traveler is struggling to find housing, please let us know, as the facility will help the travelers find housing, even hiring a realtor to assist if necessary. Calling all nature lovers!
