Temporary Accountant

Location: New York City Metro Area (Hybrid & Onsite Opportunities) Compensation: $35-$60+/hour (DOE) Are you an experienced accountant available for your next contract assignment? Typical Responsibilities Month-end and year-end close Journal entries and general ledger reconciliations Bank and account reconciliations Financial statement preparation Accounts payable and accounts receivable support Accruals and prepaid schedules Fixed assets and depreciation Variance analysis and reporting Assisting with audits and special projects ERP system cleanup, implementations, and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 2+ years of accounting experience Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred) Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Yardi, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar Ability to quickly adapt to new environments Available for contract or interim opportunities We Recruit For Staff Accountant Senior Accountant Property Accountant Project Accountant Corporate Accountant Grant Accountant Fund Accountant Cost Accountant Financial Reporting Accountant Assistant Controller Why Work With Us?
