Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician

Immediate hire available for a full-time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician in Williston, ND. This is an amazing opportunity with a great company!

Your day-to-day:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on-call rotation on an as needed basis (Minot & Williston)
• Snow removal when needed

What we're looking for:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
• Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time

Compensation & benefits:

- $21-$23/hour

- Annual salary increases up to 5%

- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually

- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
