What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed sales goals
- Drive showroom traffic and maximize closing ratios through strong leadership and strategy
- Work closely with the Finance and BDC teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor sales performance, coach team members, and implement proven sales processes
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay ahead of market trends
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects the high standards of Honda of North Hollywood
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in automotive sales leadership (Sales Manager, Floor Manager, or similar)
- Strong closing skills and the ability to desk deals effectively
- A natural leader who can build, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
- Experience with CRM systems and dealership sales processes preferred
