Operations Director

As a full-time Operations Director, the successful candidate will manage the studio's operational functions, coordinate with central PlayStation teams, and foster a supportive team culture in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead strategic and operational planning processes alongside studio leadership Act as the primary liaison between the studio and central PlayStation functions to manage priorities and deliverables Oversee studio IT functions and ensure alignment with information security requirements Required qualifications Demonstrated operational, management, and leadership experience with teams of 75+ people Proven project management skills, including backlog management and project completion Experience navigating and managing contracts and external business relationships Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills in a fast-paced environment Experience in the video game industry and leading hybrid teams
