Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth modalities, using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique therapeutic needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' goals and challenges, regularly revisiting these plans to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, integrating therapeutic and pharmacological strategies as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• A deep understanding of psychopharmacology to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration in client treatment plans.
