Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions through video chat and in-person appointments, offering support and guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Encouraging open discussion of clients’ emotions and experiences to promote self-awareness and personal growth.
\n
• Advocating for clients’ needs, assisting in setting realistic and achievable goals, and helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

• Evaluating clients’ mental well-being, formulating tailored treatment plans, and employing evidence-based, solution-focused interventions.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records while adhering to privacy standards to enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable adults who present with low acuity mental health concerns. Our screening process ensures that you will be matched with clients suited to your specialty areas and demographic preferences. This structured approach allows you to focus on preventive care and effective counseling strategies rather than severe mental health cases.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).
\n
• Exceptional clinical skills with a proven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans for diverse client needs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, supported by a compassionate demeanor.

• Comfort and proficiency with technology, ensuring effective use of electronic health records and teletherapy platforms.
