Senior Associate Attorney

What You'll Do Drive Strategic Litigation: Lead litigation strategy on complex lemon law and consumer protection matters with total autonomy and accountability. Lead High-Impact Depositions: Take and defend crucial depositions; including corporate representatives and expert witnesses; while training junior counsel on proper deposition execution. Master Motion Practice & Civil Procedure: Draft, review, and oversee complex pleadings, motions in limine, and dispositive motions, navigating procedural rules with absolute precision. Mentor & Develop Talent: Serve as an active mentor to junior attorneys and legal support staff, helping them sharpen their legal writing, case positioning, and courtroom confidence. Command Hearings & Negotiations: Represent clients in critical court proceedings, mediations, and high-stakes settlement negotiations. Shape Firm Strategy: Collaborate directly with Managing Partners on team development, firm culture, and streamlining litigation workflows. Required What We're Looking For Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active California Bar membership in good standing 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience Proven track record of independently managing cases, taking key depositions, and driving strong outcomes Passion for mentorship, team development, and leadership within a fast-paced environment Exceptional legal writing, analytical skills, and oral advocacy Preferred Experience with lemon law or consumer protection litigation Federal court experience and/or admissions Previous experience mentoring or supervising associate attorneys Mentorship, Leadership & Accelerated Growth Beyond Big Law Caps: Experience rapid professional growth, direct access to firm leadership, and meaningful influence over case strategy that outpaces Big Law timelines.
