Job Summary: We are looking for a full-time Consultant that will be responsible for supporting implementations of Crafted ERP leveraging their past NetSuite experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service during implementations and has experience with the WIP & Routings, MRP and Fixed Assets NetSuite modules. To be successful in this role, the Consultant will need to become proficient with Crafted ERP’s cloud platform, engage on multiple projects in parallel and interact with Doozy customers as an industry specialist. Responsibilities: Assist with implementations of Crafted ERP Edition as an industry specialist focusing on liquid batch manufacturing, barrel management processes and data quality activities Lead sessions with the customer’s production and logistics / warehouse teams for data review, testing and training leveraging leading practices for Crafted ERP and NetSuite Participate in monthly, on-site go-lives with beverage companies across North America and abroad Liaise with Doozy Product Management team to provide feature feedback and roadmap considerations Manage TTB data collection, validation and sign-off with customer compliance personnel Collaborate with the Doozy Delivery Management team on improvements to implementation methodology and overall customer project experience Act as advocate for Crafted ERP across industry associations and conferences Complete NetSuite and consulting training to build skillsets complementary to the Crafted ERP product and implementation methodology Qualifications: 2+ years hands-on NetSuite implementation or support experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation (discovery through go-live) NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation certification (strongly preferred) Working knowledge of MRP, work orders, bills of materials (BOMs), routing, backward/forward scheduling, and supply planning Experience with inventory and production-related modules including Assembly Items, Work Order Completion, Advanced Bin/Lot Numbering, and Costing (standard, average, or FIFO) Experience configuring and using the Fixed Assets Management (FAM) module Knowledge of asset lifecycle management: acquisition, depreciation schedules (straight-line, declining balance, etc.), revaluation, transfers, and disposal Highly proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets 401(k) plan with Doozy match up to 4% of base salary 24 hours of Paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Medical, Dental and Vision plans with 100% employee coverage in two plans.
