Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $21 / hour. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

The Vendor Recovery Representative is responsible for creating invoices for vendors for services rendered.

Primary Responsibilities

• Issue invoices to vendors based on billable activities
• Review invoices to ensure vendors are billed accurately
• Issue monthly statements
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable team to move invoices between A/R accounts and GOA accounts
• Maintain prepaid account balances
• Process credit memos
• Communicate with branch and state-level employees concerning aged trial balances, write-offs, incorrect billings, etc.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience
• Knowledge with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), federal regulatory guidelines, and organizational objectives

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
