Community Manager

Job Summary: Exos is seeking a Community Manager that will cultivate a culture of wellbeing, supporting the physical, social, and mental health of employees for our large global client. You will deliver operational excellence in a holistic wellbeing program, with a focus on physical activity-oriented communities. These communities are a strategic priority for fostering health and expanding our program. As the Community Manager, you’ll lead Community groups in a key city, driving the Community Activation Strategy to maximize wellbeing impacts. Your role includes assessing, executing, and improving the program to meet the evolving needs of the client. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Building: Program Leadership: Innovation & Improvement: Problem Solving & Adaptability: Communication: Quality Assurance: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher required 2-3 years of professional experience in community management or related field 1-2 years of experience in community building Must be on-site 3-5 days per week Passion for and experience with sport, physical activity, and wellbeing programs Community development and program management experience preferred Willingness to travel as needed Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $70,000/year to $85,000/year. Minimum rates may vary based on local wage laws. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
