KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES Guest Service Superstar: You bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. You keep it all organized and running like clockwork. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred. Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
