Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are specifically tailored to meet the identified goals and needs of each client, ensuring therapeutic approaches are suited to each individual or family's unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and behavioral issues.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to facilitate healing and growth.

• Deliver crisis management services when clients face urgent or distressing situations, providing immediate support and intervention to promote stability and safety.

• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment effectiveness, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as necessary to optimize client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily include families, couples, children, and individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health issues and relational challenges. You will work with clients from diverse backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses, focusing on culturally competent practices that respect and understand each client's unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• An active LMFT license from the State of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in providing therapeutic services within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
