Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Billing Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, client account support, payment processing, and billing inquiries .

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in call centers, customer support, administrative roles, or financial services , and who enjoy helping people while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support Calls: Handle inbound calls and assist clients with account questions, billing inquiries, and program details
• Outbound Follow-Ups: Conduct outbound calls for quality assurance and client check-ins
• Client Communication: Respond to SMS/text inquiries professionally and promptly
• CRM Data Entry: Accurately update client records, notes, and account activity in CRM systems
• Billing & Payments: Process payments, send invoices, and maintain accurate billing records
• Account Management: Track payment activity using spreadsheets and internal tools
• Problem Resolution: Address concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to improve the customer experience
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, billing, or client support roles
• Experience in financial services, collections, or debt mediation is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with data entry, CRM systems, and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced office setting
• Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset
