Production Technician

Adecco is currently hiring Machine Operators for a valued client in St. Louis, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking an entry-level manufacturing position in a fast-paced production environment. Payrates for this role is $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating equipment, performing assembly-related tasks, conducting quality checks, and supporting daily production activities. You will help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.

• Perform assembly tasks using light hand tools to create semi-finished and finished products, systems, panels, and packaging components.

• Conduct quality inspections and testing throughout the production process.

• Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, and quality concerns.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.

• Report unsafe conditions or safety violations promptly.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

• Support production goals by working effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
