Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking a Key Holder for their Staten Island Mall location.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Act as the floor ensuring goals are met and the team is focused
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience through active selling, styling, and service
- Support bra fittings and confidently recommend products to meet customer needs
- Guide and coach associates in real time to improve selling behaviors and conversion
- Foster an inclusive environment where every customer feels seen, supported, and celebrated
Team Support & Floor Leadership
- Open and close the store as needed, following all procedures and checklists
Support new hire onboarding and ongoing associate development - Help create a positive, team-driven work environment through clear communication and feedback
- Reinforce daily selling goals and contribute to team motivation
Operations & Visual Execution
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually compelling, and fully stocked
- Maintain merchandising standards and execute product moves, launches, and markdowns
- Process shipments, transfers, and stockroom organization as needed
- Uphold loss prevention, safety, and operational procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
- A natural leader who thrives in a team setting and takes initiative
- Reliable, accountable, and confident in managing responsibilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using mobile POS, sales tools, and scheduling platforms
