Job Title:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/CCMA)
Location: FCC Hazelton – Bruceton Mills, WV
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift
Solvet Services is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team at FCC Hazelton. This is a great opportunity for an MA looking for consistent weekday hours, a stable schedule, and hands-on clinical experience in a federal healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
Obtain vital signs and patient histories
Perform blood draws and collect lab specimens
Perform EKGs and point-of-care testing
Assist with medication administration
Provide basic wound care
Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
Document patient information in electronic medical records
Support daily clinic operations
Qualifications
Current CCMA, or equivalent Medical Assistant credential
Meet applicable West Virginia requirements
Current CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
Ability to complete federal background and security requirements
Venipuncture and clinical experience preferred
Schedule
Up to 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. Schedules may consist of five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts, with working hours between 6:00 AM–6:00 PM .
