Licensed Practical Nurse

Madison Center – WV, a behavioral health facility in Bridgeport affiliated with WVU Medicine, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate psychiatric nursing care for adults and children in inpatient and outpatient settings. The LPN administers medications, monitors vital signs and behaviors, documents in the EHR, and supports crisis prevention and safety. Working within an interdisciplinary team, this role assists with care plans, educates patients and families, and helps maintain a therapeutic, trauma-informed environment while upholding regulatory, infection control, and quality standards.
