Certified Nursing Assistant
Madison Center - WV
Madison Center – WV, a behavioral health facility in Bridgeport, seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support inpatient psychiatric care for adults and children. The CNA will provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs and behavior, and closely observe patients for safety and changes in condition. Working within an interdisciplinary team, the CNA will follow treatment plans, assist with groups, practice trauma-informed de-escalation, maintain accurate documentation, and help create a therapeutic, patient-centered environment aligned with Madison Center’s mission-driven culture.
