Construction Project Manager

Description

Josh Timms Builders is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple custom home builds concurrently across Upstate South Carolina. You will oversee many of our active builds, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, communicate directly with clients, and protect margin and quality on every home.

This is a proven-talent role . We are not looking for someone to learn the job. We are looking for an experienced residential construction project manager ready to take ownership inside a small, fast-growing, family-feel custom builder where craftsmanship still matters. The Project Manager hire is one of the most important moves we will make this year.

If you are tired of high-volume production builds, tired of corporate hierarchies, and ready to build genuine custom homes for families who choose us by name, this role was built for you.
