As an Events Assistant, you will support the coordination, preparation, and execution of company events and customer-facing activities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, solving problems, and contributing to a team environment. You will work closely with team members to ensure events are prepared efficiently and delivered professionally. The role offers hands-on experience in event coordination, customer engagement, communication, and operational support while providing opportunities for professional development within the company. Responsibilities Assist with the planning, organization, and coordination of events. Support event setup, preparation, and on-site operations. Welcome and engage with guests, customers, and event participants. Provide professional customer service and respond to general questions. Assist with event materials, equipment, and promotional displays. Coordinate with team members to ensure events run smoothly. Help maintain organized event schedules and operational checklists. Support registration, guest management, and event-related activities. Identify and help resolve operational issues during events. Represent IGL4US professionally during all company activities. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and event briefings. Assist with additional event and business support tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
