Community Partnership Marketing Manager

Are you a skilled Community Outreach/Marketing person with food experience? Here is an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic Travel Center Company and positively impact food sales! Position Description The Community Partnership Manager focuses on the development, execution and improvement of strategic marketing initiatives through local grass‑roots marketing, promotions, and community involvement programs. This individual will be responsible for driving food sales through community outreach and events planning at the company’s quick serve restaurants inside travel centers. This person will also manage third party delivery services – Uber‑Eats, Door Dash, etc. Responsibilities Source partnerships with local entities (Chambers of Commerce, youth sports, local events) for the company’s locations, creating/implementing store‑level events and presenting strategic post‑event analysis using quantitative and qualitative data. Create, implement, and support innovative local marketing programs which focus on driving food sales and increasing margins through analysis, competitive pricing, and bench‑marking. Anticipate the community and guests needs; know and own the market within a 5 mile radius of each store. Plan, promote, and execute community events, promotional programs, and local marketing initiatives using grassroots marketing strategies. Gather, analyze and conduct market research to identify opportunities to increase sales and drive additional customer traffic to stores. Develop, negotiate, and maintain proficient working relationships with multiple community/municipal organizations as well as third‑party delivery services. Requirements Proven success in a similar role Ability to travel to store locations MS Office Suite, with excellent knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent organization skills. Excellent interpersonal and team building skills. Ability to multi‑task and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
