Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional orthopedic physical therapy services to patients by conducting thorough assessments of their conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and medical histories.
• Use innovative techniques and evidence-based practices to enhance treatment outcomes, such as advanced manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on effective injury prevention strategies, home exercise programs, and self-care techniques to support their rehabilitation journey.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously to ensure accuracy in record-keeping and compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will be vital in helping patients who may be experiencing pain, limited mobility, or post-operative recovery challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
