Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Assistant Baker is at the heart of it all. Dedicated to perfecting the craft, you are able to support the Bakery because you see beauty in raw ingredients and strive for consistency when you make our guests' favorite recipes. You'll make the cakes that make people's days, so you'll get to enjoy yours as well.

What We're Looking For? The ideal candidate is someone who brings:

• Consistency, reliability, and strong follow-through
• Professionalism and sound judgement in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality, accuracy, and pace
• Comfort working with their hands and following precise baking and frosting standards
• Ability to be cross-trained and the flexibility to jump in where needed
• Holidays: We are extremely busy leading up to major holidays. Candidates must be available for their assigned shifts and may be asked to work an additional shift or two during these high-volume weeks.

Ideal candidate would be available at minimum Monday-Thursday 9:00am-3:30pm. More hours available if needed. Must be 18.
