ProSidian seeks an Energy Data Reporting Specialist | Evaluation Support. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) evaluation support functional area - energy technical consulting position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

Provide services and support as an Energy Technical Consulting (Energy Data Reporting Specialist) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focusing on business process solutions for clients such as the Department of Energy (DOE | OP) | DOE Office of Policy (OP) generally located in CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

Responsibilities and duties include preparing detailed reports on program outcomes, ensuring data is actionable and aligned with objectives. Align with evaluation support functional area initiatives as a data reporting specialist that tracks, compiles, and presents data on program outcomes in actionable formats for DOE decision-makers. Provide public comment review, data analysis, modeling, evaluation, mapping, forecasting and report development, data tracking tools, workforce policy analysis and convening, as well as energy market economic and regulatory analysis technical consulting services and support for the Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP). These services enable mission objectives involved with renewable energy, fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure technologies.

Data reporting specialist is responsible for key functions such as developing analyses, supporting initiatives, and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Assess the impact, feasibility, and outcomes of energy programs and policies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
